An Evening of Movement, Mindfulness & Creativity

Join us at Sukha for a beautiful evening dedicated to you — a chance to slow down, reconnect and celebrate the light within.

Begin with a gentle yoga and mindful movement session, followed by the opportunity to get creative and decorate your own Diya to take home. 🪔

A peaceful and uplifting experience combining movement, creativity and a little time for yourself.
