About the event
Immerse yourself in 90 minutes of deep relaxation and rejuvenation with our calming sound bath experience. Allow the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and therapeutic sounds to gently guide you into a state of rest, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance within the body.
This peaceful session is designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and inner harmony, creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Following the sound bath, we invite you to stay and enjoy light refreshments, including a warming herbal tea and fresh fruit sticks, while you gently transition back into your day and connect with like-minded souls.
A beautiful opportunity to relax, reset, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
