About the event

🪔 Candlelit Diwali Yoga at Sukha Wellbeing 🪔

Begin the day by lighting a traditional diya, surrounded by beautiful marigolds, symbolising the light that guides us through darkness.

Settle in with a warm cup of Indian chai, before coming together to set your personal intention for the year ahead — a moment to pause, reflect and welcome new energy.

✨ Flow gently through a candlelit yoga practice, connecting breath, movement and stillness in a peaceful Diwali atmosphere.

Finish with moments of deep relaxation and reflection, carrying the warmth, light and intention of Diwali with you.
