You will be invited to rest fully on the floor on luxury yoga mats and zabutons, with eye masks and soft shawls provided, allowing the body to feel completely supported and held. As you settle into comfort, Darren layers resonant frequencies from gongs, singing bowls, and harmonic instruments, creating a cocoon of sound that encourages profound relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance.
