At Sukha Wellbeing, we offer a gentle, nurturing Light Touch Children’s Massage designed especially for young people under 18. This treatment focuses on calm, reassurance and relaxation, using soft, age-appropriate techniques to support growing bodies and busy minds. Children today can experience tension from school, sports, posture habits, and emotional pressures. This session provides a safe, comforting space to help ease muscular tightness, encourage better sleep, and support overall wellbeing — always at a pace that feels comfortable for the child. Your child’s safety and comfort are our priority: A full consultation is carried out with the parent or guardian before the session Written parental consent is required A parent or guardian must remain in the room at all times The child is always appropriately draped and fully respected Pressure is light and suitable for young, developing bodies This treatment may be beneficial for: Sports-related tension Growing pains Postural strain (from studying or screen use) Anxiety or difficulty relaxing Support alongside other wellbeing practices At Sukha, we believe wellbeing can begin early in life.
