Diffuser: Add 3–5 drops to an essential oil diffuser to fill your space with a calming, floral aroma.

Massage: Dilute 3–4 drops in a Sukha Rehydrate carrier oil and massage into the skin to relax body and mind.

Bath: Mix 4–6 drops with a carrier oil or bath salt before adding to warm water for a relaxing soak.
