Service Description

In this class, for the first 40 minutes, we flow to encourage our body's subtle energies to return to balance and harmony, followed by slowing down into complete rest with a sound massage with the use of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments, here we may place the bowl on the body to settle and regulate the nervous system for the final 20 minutes. Often assisted with a bolster and blankets.
