Members of the South Asian community often face barriers in seeking healthcare, which can be due to cultural stigma or a tendency to endure health challenges without seeking medical attention. Statistics reveal that musculoskeletal issues, especially back and neck pain, account for a substantial portion of sick leave. The good news is that many joint pains can be effectively managed through skeletal alignment. At Sukha Oils, we offer Posture Alignment Therapy, a corrective massage technique designed to restore balance to our clients.
